• A consultant holds the answers, while a coach helps their client find their own answers. The consultant provides advice and often teaches the client specific tools, skills, or knowledge. Sometimes, a consultant is in a longer-term relationship with their client, acting as a mentor.

• Communication builds and maintains friendships and is the glue that binds relationships together. Communication is essential for us to achieve what we want out of life. In a coaching or mentoring relationship, open and effective communication is a must.
A coaching leadership style is proving to be much more effective with today's employees than the more authoritarian styles that many business leaders operate under.
- There are three generally accepted styles of coaching in sports: autocratic, democratic and holistic. Each style has its benefits and drawbacks, and it's important to understand all three.
- If you started your own business and is about anything you will meet issues , as Warren buffet said once " It's good to learn from your mistakes. It's better to learn from other people's mistakes." So this could be really useful we need these guys in the world to direct us from the wrong way
